    Customer Service Platform for Financial Institutions

    An AI-boosted platform/service empowers agents and organizations to provide better service to their customers, and improve bidirectional communication experiences.
    Design for both Web app and mobile app throughout entire product lifecycle. Collaborate with the cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

    Visualizing Your Web Browsing History

    A visualization dashboard/system to help users to improve awareness of personal Web browsing patterns, recent interested topics, and help with visited websites’ retrieval.
    Designed for organizing & visualizing a large amount of text-based and time-series data with clustering concepts. Developed a prototype using D3.js, JS, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL.

    Product Management Table

    Interaction & visual design for a product management table with couple iterations, which includes design for the most common interactions, elements, and details needed for tables.
    How it can be embedded into a page with a scalable filter group and other sections is also discussed to provide users a fluent and intuitive experience.

    Retrospective Chemical Surveillance Visualization

    A web application which supports experts to do data analytics of accidents and related chemicals. Worked as the main designer of the team. Designed visualization dashboard, UX, interaction and UI to help users to understand insights of the data in an easier way.

    Med Care Alarm Clock

    An alarm app designed for senior citizens to improve medication adherence (remind them to take the suggested medicine on time). Visualization, voice input/output, convenient chat are designed for better usability and experience.
